The community is vibrant. People come and go, naturally, but a core remains, and those who leave always wind up coming back for visits. There is enough space for visitors to stay multiple months, during which they can share their lives with each other and the community, forging life-long bonds.
Group decisions are made during monthly plenaries. Alongside these meetings, there is usually time for arts & crafts sessions, skill sharing, reading circles, performances, yoga classes, and film screenings. Twice per year, you host big events with plenty of external guests. One of these is an arts festival, the other a political gathering.
